وزیر صنعت ، معدن و تجارت در ادامه سخنان خود در سی امین گردهمایی علوم زمین گفت: در شهر قروه استان كردستان یكی از معادن طلا با سرمایه مشترك ایرانی به طرف قزاقی واگذار شد و درهمین مراسم بود كه سفیر قزاقستان از آمادگی كشورش برای انجام سرمایه گذاری مشابهی در دیگر استان ها خبرداد .

غضنفری معتقداست: اگر در كشور مرحله اكتشاف و برآورد دقیق از ذخایر معدنی با سرعت بهتری انجام شود در مرحله بعدی سرمایه گذاران داخلی وخارجی ارزش آن را در می یابند .

وزیر صنعت ، معدن و تجارت در بخش دیگری از سخنرانی خود با طرح این پرسش ها كه به چه نوع تقسیم بندی در حوزه حضور بخش خصوصی در كنار دولتی ، موضوع اكتشاف و فعالیت های سازمان زمین شناسی قائل هستیم ؟ تا چه حد فعالیت زمین شناسی دولتی باشد و چه فعالیت هایی می تواند به بخش خصوصی واگذار شود ؟ گفت : توان بیشتری در برون از سازمان زمین شناسی وجود دارد .

از نظر غضنفری دو نوع پشتیبانی زمین شناسی برای سرعت كار نیاز است نخست سرعت بخشی به كار زمین شناسی و دوم نقش انجمن ها، ‌تشكل ها و بخش خصوصی كه قصد دارد فعالیت های زمین شناسی را انجام دهد . این شركت ها ممكن است نیاز به كمك هایی از سوی دولت داشته باشند .

* ایجاد شركت های دانش پایه در حوزه زمین شناسی

وی با بیان اینكه مدل همكاری دولت و بخش خصوصی در سازمان زمین شناسی تدوین شده ، گفت : می توان از بخش خصوصی در اكتشاف و سایر موارد بهره برد. ‌

وزیر صنعت ، معدن و تجارت ، تهیه نقشه های مختلف از ذخایر معدنی ، یافتن معادن اولویت دار با حضور ایمیدرو و اینكه درچه مناطقی نیاز به كار تخصصی است را یادآورشد.

غضنفری در بخش دیگری از سخنان خود عنوان كرد: معادنی كه پس از استخراج، ‌فرآوری و صادرات از بین می رود قابل بازگشت نیست بنابراین بهترین عملیات با طله برداری فرآوری با كمترین خسارت به محیط زیست و با كمترین آسیب به مراتع ، زمین های كشاورزی به لحاظ معدنی می تواند هزینه بر و سود آورباشد .

از نظر وی پیشنهادهای تخصصی می تواند به سود نهایی و كاهش هزینه ها كمك كند و با كمك سازمان زمین شناسی می توان سایرعملیات استخراج ، فرآوری و فروش را با توجه به دانش زمین بهتر انجام داد تا زمین مورد بهره برداری قرار گرفته زمین قابل برگشت باشد و كاملا می تواند در كاهش هزینه ها و افزایش سود شركت ها موثر واقع گردد.

سی امین گردهمایی علوم زمین از یكم تا سوم اسفند ماه در سازمان زمین شناسی كشور برگزار شد.

به گزارش روز دوشنبه روزنامه واشنگتن پست، كیفیت نظارت اوباما بر امور اقتصادی كشور و بهبود نسبی وضعیت اشتغال، عامل جلب آرا مردمی به نفع وی در این نظرسنجی عنوان شده است.

'میت رامنی' فرماندار سابق ماساچوست كه روز شنبه در انتخابات درون حزبی نامزدهای جمهوریخواه در ایالت 'نوادا' دومین پیروزی پیاپی ایالتی خود را به ثبت رساند، همچنان جایگاهش را به عنوان مدعی اصلی این اردوگاه حفظ كرده است.

55 درصد پرسش شوندگان در این نظرسنجی گفته اند كه اعتمادی به ادعاهای نامزدهای جمهوریخواه ندارند. با تناسب 2 به 1 تن از پرسش شوندگان امریكایی ها می گویند كه پس از مطلع شدن از برنامه های رامنی از زبان خود او از وی دل بریده اند. برعكس، سخنان هفته گذشته اوباما در نطق سالانه اش به مناسبت 'وضعیت اتحاد' در كنگره آمریكا، كمك شایانی به جلب افكار عمومی امریكا كرده است.

57 درصد مردم امریكا اعلام كرده اند كه بعد از این سخنان ، بسیاری از اقدامات و برنامه های اوباما را تائید كرده اند.

در مجموع بعد از كشته شدن 'اسامه بن لادن'میزان محبوبیت اوباما در میان مردم آمریكا طبق نظرسنجی ها به 50 درصد رسیده است كه این نرخ همچنان ثابت است. حدود 46 درصد مردم هم اوباما را تائید نمی كنند.

در میان رای دهندگان ثبت نام شده ، 49 درصد، با اظهار رضایت از عملكرد چهارساله اوباما ، آن را سند تضمین انتخاب مجدد وی می شناسند به همان تعداد هم نظری مخالف دارند.

در میان رای دهندگان مستقل نیز كه نظرشان در تعیین نتیجه انتخابات تعیین كننده است، 47 درصد عملكرد اوباما را تائید و 50 درصد رد كرده اند.

نرخ مقبولیت 50 درصدی برای رئیس جمهوری كه در آرزوی تمدید دوره ریاست جمهوری اش است دوره كاری اش است یك آستانه مهم به شمار می رود. در عین حال، فرصتهای رئیس جمهوری برای بهبود این نرخ محبوبیت رو به نقصان است.

در یك انتخابات سراسری آزمایشی كه از همه آمریكایی ها به عمل آمده است، اوباما با امتیاز 52 به 43 بر رامنی پیشی دارد و در میان رای دهندگان ثبت نام شده هم با تفاوتی بسیار جزیی با امتیاز 51 به 45 برتری دارد. در میان بالغین آمریكایی اوباما با رتبه 50 درصدی، شانه به شانه رامنی رو به جلو پیش می رود.

نرخ محبوبیت رامنی در میان رای دهندگان مستقل در نظرسنجی واشنگتن پست – ABC 47 درصد است در حالیكه این امتیاز برای اوباما 48 درصد ثبت شده است.

رامنی ، سابقه كاری اش در صحنه تجارت را تجربه مفید خود برای بدست گرفتن اداره امور اقتصاد كشور و ایجاد اشتغال بر می شمرد.

رای دهندگان ثبت نام شده هم با توجه به همین سابقه، رامنی را گزینه برتر برای گرداندن چرخ اقتصاد كشور پیش بینی می كنند. این افراد همچنین تجربه رامنی را اهرم موثری برای غلبه بر بحران كسری بودجه فدرال می دانند، یعنی همان حوزه ای كه اوباما در آن بسیار ضعیف ظاهر شده است.

هیچیك از دو رقیب در حیطه ایجاد اشتغال و تنظیم مالیات در ذهن رای دهندگان موفق ظاهر نشده اند. اما در سایر موضوعات از قبیل حمایت از اقشار متوسط جامعه، سیاست خارجی و مبارزه با تروریزم، اوباما از محبوبیت بیشتری برخوردار است.

آمارهای مربوط به ماه ژانویه در خصوص اشتغالزایی كه حكایت از ایجاد 243 هزار شغل جدید و پایین آمدن نرخ بیكاری و رسیدن آن به نرخ 3/8 درصد دارد، كمك موثری به ارتقاء سطح محبوبیت اوباما در افكار عمومی امریكا داشته است.

طبق این نظرسنجی، قریب به 90 درصد مردم امریكا همچنان از شرایط بد اقتصادی كشور ناراضی اند. 50 در صد رای دهندگان مستقل این معضل را ضربه كاری بر وضعیت انتخاباتی اوباما بر می شمرند و 33 درصد هم آن را عامل رای دادن مجدد به وی می شناسند.

این نظرسنجی به صورت تماس تلفنی بین روزهای چهارشنبه گذشته تا شنبه این هفته از هزار شهروند بالغ آمریكایی انجام شده است. ضریب خطای آن مثبت و منفی 4 درصد بوده است.
